In 1976, Betty moved with her husband Dave and four children from Connecticut to a very quiet Eastham.

After obtaining her Real Estate Broker’s license in 1978, she began 20+ years of helping Buyers and Sellers with their real Estate needs on the Lower Cape. In 1984, as owner and principal broker, Betty opened Oceanside Realty. Her goal was to offer a small, personal office using her years of experience, knowledge and expertise to serve both customers and clients. Her guidance, professionalism, warmth and caring will be missed by all.

I began my career at Oceanside Building and Realty working with my parents while still in college.  I relocated to Boston where I worked in a highly competitive sales environment before returning to the Cape and Oceanside in 1997.  Now ten years later, I have enjoyed providing personalized service for our buyers and sellers at Oceanside Realty as well as assisting customers with every phase of construction, land purchase to completion.  I welcome the opportunity to use my knowledge of the local real estate market and more than 10 years experience in sales and construction to provide valuable assistance with any real estate transaction.

After completing my career as an educator in the Waterbury, CT public school system, my wife Linda and I made our long-awaited move to Eastham in 1997 where I joined the staff of Oceanside Realty in July of that year. I moved to Eastham in June 2001 after getting engaged to my now husband, Steve. Before moving to Eastham, I lived and worked in Charlotte, NC as an event coordinator for a direct mail marketing company. Prior to Charlotte, I lived in San Francisco where I was born and raised and where my family still resides. Since moving to Eastham I have spent my time meeting new people, getting to know the area and adjusting to married life. more...
