It’s time to get off the fence!
There are some out there who feel that the current buyer’s market we’ve been experiencing will be short lived. Or at least it’s going to come to an end in the not-too-distant future. At least that’s what I’ve been hearing, and recently reading Banker and Tradesman. I can’t stress enough that if you’ve been considering purchasing a home, it’s time to get off the fence! With interest rates below 4% and the availability of some fantastic deals on the Cape you’ll regret not taking the necessary steps now when things do turn around. In Eastham and Wellfleet there are currently 10 homes listed for under $300,000. If you go to Brewster and Harwich there are 27 homes for sale with 2 bedrooms or more for under $275,000! I have to believe that there has not been a better opportunity for home ownership on Cape Cod than today.
